Dr. Arielle Rubinoff

Dr. Arielle and her husband, Tyler Holt, assumed ownership of the practice in 2021, marking a significant milestone in their professional journey. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Arielle’s path to chiropractic care began with her undergraduate studies in Kinesiology. This led her down a holistic health journey that eventually brought her to Hayward, California, in 2014, where she pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

During her studies, Arielle met Tyler, her now husband and business partner. Following the completion of her degree, she secured a one-year extended visa, which she utilized to explore coastal opportunities in California. Connecting with chiropractic offices that resonated with her, Arielle worked as an associate in the very office she would later come to own with Tyler.

After the one-year visa extension, Arielle and Tyler explored other practice opportunities, but fate had other plans. A casual conversation with her previous employer revealed that he was looking to sell, aligning perfectly with Arielle and Tyler’s desire to buy. The stars aligned, and the transition was seamless.

Arielle’s journey into chiropractic was inspired by a lifelong curiosity about the human body and its potential. Encouraged by her father’s passion for holistic health, she initially hesitated until witnessing the positive impact of chiropractic care on her mother’s chronic back pain. Embracing the foundational principles of chiropractic — a blend of philosophy, art, and science — Arielle found her calling. The simplicity of the chiropractic premise, that the body is a self-healing and self-regulating organism, resonated deeply with her.

She knew she was in the right profession the moment she toured the campus and connected with the brilliant, genuine, and eclectic souls involved in chiropractic care. Arielle’s professional interests lie in working with women, prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric populations, reflected in her additional certifications and training for these areas. Meanwhile, Tyler, a former collegiate athlete, focuses on athletes of all skill levels, veterans, and individuals recovering from accidents.

Outside of work, Arielle enjoys a thriving family life with her husband, Dr. Tyler, their baby girl, Emilia, and their lovable chuggle-weiner, Bento. As a family, they find joy in laughter, cooking, eating, soaking up the sun, and exploring the great outdoors.
